Return to shopWe want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right:
Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong perfume, contact us on WhatsApp (+92 336 7154206) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it free of charge.
Change of mind: Unopened, sealed bottles can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges.
Non-returnable: Opened or used bottles cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or via bank transfer / mobile wallet where applicable, within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
